WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to inconsistent and unpredictable stock availability, we cannot always honor exchanges on our items.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Any custom color or custom fit items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit according to your card issuer's policies, usually within 3-5 days.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Currently we are not able to support gift card sales in our online store... but we're working on it!
We do offer physical and digital gift cards for in-store purchases. If you have received a gift card but can't make it to the store to redeem, send us a message or give us a call and we'll get you set up!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For in-store purchases, we accept payment by credit/debit card (including AMEX & Discover), Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and of course, good old cash.
